Mira, also known as MORBID, has a unique origin story that mirrors the complexities of her own life journey. In a cruel twist of destiny, she was attacked on the edge of a riverbank and pushed to her death at the precise moment a nuclear thunderstorm unleashed its supercharged fury striking the river. The resulting torment of being buffeted by the unknown, and saved by the forces of nature left an indelible mark on Mira's life.
Miraculously washing ashore, Mira emerged from the ordeal as MORBID, and discovered that the tumultuous encounter had granted her an astonishing power of electric Aura. This newfound ability enabled her to envelop herself and others in a protective forcefield of electric energy, an impervious shield against attackers.
Harnessing her power, Morbid also discovered the gift of Levitation, soaring above her troubles and lifting her spirit beyond the constraints of her past. In a city teeming with extraordinary individuals, Morbid's path forward stands as a big looming question, 'Who wanted to kill her, and WHY?'..
