Aaron Huey, LEAP 040 (moonlight/pre-leap), 5000 × 2813, 2022. From a series of performances made at the edges of the metaverse(s). Born out of a National Geographic magazine assignment to explore the far edges of virtual worlds, bringing back photographs made with virtual cameras. When I visit edges, I always jump. This was LEAP #040, inside Somnium. The camera was placed out over the edge of the world to capture the edge itself before the leap on this moon-lit night! Below that line is the infinite!
